Our goal is for our customers’ success. Period. We want to ensure you’re up-and-running as soon as possible for immediate time to value. Within ten (10) business days of collectively agreeing to a set of base dashboards and KPI collections, and receiving appropriate access to your data (for up to two (2) data sources) and the system where NetCharts Performance Dashboards (NCPD) will be installed— Visual Mining guarantees it will have successfully implemented NCPD by connecting it to the data source(s) and building the mutually agreed upon dashboards.
If you’re not successful, we’re not successful.
If Visual Mining fails to meet the ten (10) business day timeframe, you’re not obligated for the Software purchase. You may choose to either discontinue using NCPD and receive a full refund, or continue using NCPD—with a fifty percent (50%) discount off the total purchase price.
NCPD Customer Training Includes
- Creating dashboard pages
- Customizing KPI visualizations
- Adding KPIs to a dashboard page
- Sharing dashboard pages to other users
- Modifying existing KPIs using preferences
- Cloning community dashboard pages
Quick Start Set-Up Services
All NetCharts Performance Dashboards Enterprise Edition purchases include our Quick Start Set-Up Services.
As part of our Quick Start Set-Up Services, we will travel to your site, if necessary, (at no additional cost provided you are within the continental United States) and we will perform the following:
- Install NCPD on the system(s) specified by you in accordance with our licensing provisions
- Configure the Software authentication mechanism to define users (if applicable)
- Connect to up to 2 data sources
- Configure the set Data Entities from the data sources that are to be used within the KPI Collections
- Define up to 3 KPI Collections for use within dashboard pages (and define security constraints if needed)
- Develop the agreed upon set of dashboard pages consisting of up to 8 KPI instances in total (and define security constraints if needed)
- Define pages to be marked as shared pages (and define security constraints if needed)
- Train one of your representatives on the Administrative functionality of NCPD and the current configuration
- Train your staff (up to ten (10)) on the End-User usage of NCPD
