This month we will take a closer look at how the “Labor Market in Balance” XY chart was put together.
1. Using an XY chart, there were 4 LineSets used. These include the light blue and white area fill, dark blue data line and red fitted line.
2. NoteSet labels were added to point at the values of importance.
3. Area fill gradient in the foreground was used to match the background gradient.
4. BottomScale was set to have a step of 12 while the BottomLabels used a range of 10 years but only displayed 3 with an interval of 5 years.
